- Yes, they work holidays.
- Recognized holidays are New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving , Christmas and Juneteenth.
Can I choose my own aide?
We will do a meet and greet with your eligible healthcare provider. If at any time, you feel your current aide isn’t a good fit, you can request a change of aide by contacting Joy Home Health & In Home Services at 314-801-8339.
Do we accept insurance?
Yes, we accept Medicaid & VA Insurance
What is the cancellation policy for a private pay health agreement?
We simply need a 30 day notice before cancellation.
